We specialize in the sale of custom-made shocks and suspension products from Penske Racing Shocks and provide servicing for various motorsport car and race bike brands.

4. Ordering and Payment

  • Full payment is required upfront via bank transfer, cash, or credit card payment through Stripe’s payment link.

  • Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

5. Shipping and Pickup

  • We ship nationally within the UK and internationally. Local pickup is also available.

  • Shipping costs displayed on the website are estimates. Final shipping charges will be invoiced separately and may include additional fees not shown at checkout.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these additional shipping charges promptly.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

  • All products are custom made to order and therefore cannot be returned.

  • If the performance of the shock does not meet your expectations, we offer free shock revalves and free day track support to assist with setup and performance optimization.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on this website, including the Motorsport Shocks Ltd branding, are our exclusive property.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, or use any materials from our website without our express written permission.

 

8. Testimonials
